Reflexology Training ITEC 3
Reflexology Courses in Dublin and Meath
It is an iTEC-accredited course recognized internationally and the most well-known in Ireland. Reflexology is a non-invasive, manual therapy that uses methods similar to acupressure and massage. It focuses on specific points on the feet (and occasionally the hands). These points are believed to correspond to organs, systems, and structures within the body, and stimulating them can have a beneficial effect.
Reflexology is used to help the body transition out of a dysfunctional state or is often utilized to maintain overall health. While the exact origins of this ancient therapy are still unknown, various cultures worldwide have practiced some form of foot pressure massage. Evidence of this can be found in numerous ancient cultures, including Chinese, Egyptian, Indian, and North American Indian.
