It is an iTEC-accredited course recognized internationally and the most well-known in Ireland.

The Indian head massage is an ancient therapeutic technique that has been used in India for over 2,000 years. It belongs to the category of Ayurveda, a medical approach aimed at promoting long life and balancing the body’s essential energies. Throughout the course, you will also acquire an understanding of the foundational principles of Ayurveda. This ancient system of medicine emphasizes the importance of maintaining the three doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha) within the body along with the chakra system.

This method is a great new skill to add to your existing qualifications or to use as a standalone therapy.
