Indian Head Massage Course 

The Indian Head Massage is an ancient therapeutic technique that has been practised in India for over 2,000 years. It forms part of Ayurveda, the traditional Indian system of medicine that promotes long life and balance of the body’s vital energies.

During the course, you will:

  • Learn the traditional techniques of Indian Head Massage

  • Gain an understanding of the Ayurvedic principles, including the three doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha)

  • Explore the chakra system and its connection to physical and emotional well-being

• Anybody can attend this course, no previous experience is required.

• Award in Indian Head Massage:
You can complete the course and take the iTEC practical exam to earn the recognised Award in Indian Head Massage.

• Diploma in Indian Head Massage:
To achieve the full iTEC Diploma, you will need to complete the following three modules and sit the iTEC exams:
– Anatomy & Physiology
– Professional Conduct & Business Awareness
– Indian Head Massage

Please note: an additional exam fee applies for iTEC exam.
