This Holistic Massage course holds iTEC accreditation, the most well-known accreditation body in Ireland, and is internationally recognized. Massage is a non-invasive, hands-on therapy.
Various Swedish massage techniques are employed to stimulate muscle movement and soft tissues. This massage therapy aims to improve blood flow, remove harmful toxins, and promote a healthy nervous system, thereby achieving a balance between the mind and body.
Massage therapy has been used as a healing tool in many countries, including China, Greece, and India. Even Hippocrates, the father of medicine, mentioned in his books.
This course integrates ancient wisdom into modern practice. In today’s stressful world, the benefits of Holistic Massage are more crucial than ever.
Entry Requirements
This course is open to everyone aged 16 and above. No previous experience is required.
