Holistic Massage Course

The Holistic Massage course is an excellent beginning for your journey into complementary therapy.

Holistic Massage Course ITEC 3

This course holds iTEC accreditation, the most well-known accreditation body in Ireland, and is internationally recognized. Massage is a non-invasive, hands-on therapy.

Various Swedish massage techniques are employed to stimulate muscle movement and soft tissues. This massage therapy aims to improve blood flow, remove harmful toxins, and promote a healthy nervous system, thereby achieving a balance between the mind and body.

Massage therapy has been used as a healing tool in many countries, including China, Greece, and India. Even Hippocrates, the father of medicine, mentioned in his books.
